This Website tripinc.com (the 'Website'), including the mobile site, Smartphone App Platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows is owned and operated by Royal Club Group Company, a Kuwait private company. This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel ­related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The terms 'we', 'us', 'our' and 'Tripinc' refer to Royal Club Group. The term 'you' refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website, or through our customer service agents.

This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the 'Terms of Use' or 'Agreement'). Please read the Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using this Website, booking any reservations for travel products or services on this Website, or contacting our call center agents, you agree that the Terms of Use then in force shall apply. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use or book any reservations through this Website or our call center agents. Tripinc may at any time change these Terms of Use and your continued use of this Website is conditioned upon acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

Use Of The Website
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that
  1. you are at least 18 years of age and are of sound mind,
  2. you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation,
  3. you will use this Website in accordance with the Terms of Use,
  4. you will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act,
  5. you will inform such other persons about the Terms of Use that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto,
  6. all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete, and
  7. if you have an online account with this Website, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you.
  8. Royal Club Group retains the right in our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use.

Prohibited Activities

The content and information on this Website (including, but not limited to, price and availability of travel services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us and our suppliers and providers. While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or service reservations booked through this Website, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website. Additionally, you agree not to:

  1. use this Website or its contents for any commercial purpose;
  2. make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand;
  3. access, monitor or copy any content or information of this website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission;
  4. violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Website;
  5. take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
  6. deep­link to any portion of this website (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services) for any purpose without our express written permission; or
  7. 'frame', 'mirror' or otherwise incorporate any part of this Website into any other website without our prior written authorization.
  8. If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, Royal Club Group may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated Royal Club Group accounts. In addition, Royal Club Group may verify (i.e. pre-authorize) your credit card. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Royal Club Group reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to Royal Club Group, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancelation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact Royal Club Group Customer Service.

Supplier Rules And Restrictions

Additional terms of use will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms of use carefully. In particular, if you have purchased an airfare, please ensure you read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the airline or other travel suppliers, which can be found on the supplier's website. Airlines may, with or without notice, cancel or reschedule your flight. It is your responsibility to check on the scheduled departure time ahead of travel. ROYAL CLUB GROUP shall not be responsible for, or the failure to inform you of, any cancelation of your flights, or changes in your flight schedule. To minimize the impact to your travel plans, you are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover travel disruption. You agree to abide by the terms of use imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. ROYAL CLUB GROUP reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion. You acknowledge that some hotel suppliers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses during your stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by ROYAL CLUB GROUP for your hotel booking. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Reviews, Comments, Photos And Other Submissions

We appreciate hearing from you. Please be aware that by submitting content to this Website by electronic mail, postings on this Website or otherwise, including any hotel reviews, photos, videos, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like contained in any submissions (collectively, Submissions), you grant ROYAL CLUB GROUP and its affiliates (which shall mean any entity (whether a person, corporation, partnership or otherwise) that directly or indirectly, controls, are controlled by, or are under common control with ROYAL CLUB GROUP. An entity shall be deemed to be in “control” of another entity when it holds fifty (50%) percent or more of voting shares in that entity or has management control of that entity) (collectively, the 'ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies') and the affiliated, co­branded and/or linked website partners through whom we provide service (collectively, the 'ROYAL CLUB GROUP Affiliates'), a nonexclusive, royalty free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable and fully sub licensable right to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such Submissions throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised; and (b) use the name that you submit in connection with such Submission. You agree and acknowledge that the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies may choose to provide attribution of your comments or reviews (for example, listing your name and hometown on a hotel review that you submit) at our discretion, and that such submissions may be shared with our supplier partners. You further grant the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates you’re or the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies rights in the Submissions by a breach of these Terms of Use. You acknowledge and agree that Submissions are not ­confidential and not proprietary. You expressly waive any and all “moral rights” (including rights of attribution or integrity) that may subsist in your Submissions and agree that you have no objection to the publication, use, modification, deletion or exploitation of your Submissions by us, the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Affiliates or any of our partners or licensees. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submissions posted or submitted by you. We have no obligation to post your comments; we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to determine which comments are published on the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not provide us with any Submissions.

You are fully responsible for the content of your Submissions, (specifically including, but not limited to, reviews posted to this Website). You acknowledge that ROYAL CLUB GROUP may exercise its rights (e.g. use, publish, delete) to any content you submit without notice to you. If you submit more than one review for the same hotel, only your most recent submission is eligible for use.

From time to time ROYAL CLUB GROUP may offer customers incentives to leave reviews (i.e. discount coupon entry into prize draws etc.) As it is important to us that reviews are impartial and honest, we make these incentives available to customers regardless of whether the review is positive or negative.

All photos submitted are subject to our Photo Submission Guidelines below. You agree to indemnify the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies for any loss, claim, suits, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with your failure to adhere to our Photo Submission Guidelines.

ROYAL CLUB GROUP claims no ownership, affiliation with, or endorsement of any photos that are submitted by end users through our sites.

ROYAL CLUB GROUP’s policies with respect to claims by third parties that the content of the Website, including the content of any Submissions, infringes the copyrights owned by said third party can be found in the sections titled “Account Termination”, “Notice of Infringing Material” and “Counter Notices” below.

Photo Submission Guidelines
  1. Any photos you submit must be:
  2. On topic - All photos must be relevant to accommodation, restaurant, location, or general travel experiences.
  3. Community/family friendly -
    1. Do not submit any photos or materials that are illegal, obscene, pornographic, profane, vulgar, offensive or insulting.
    2. Do not submit photos or materials that invade the privacy or violate any personal right of any person or entity.
    3. Do not submit photos or information about children or any third parties without their consent (or their parent’s consent in the case of a child under 13 years of age).
    4. Children under 13 may not submit photos or other materials.
  4. Original – You may only submit your own photos. Do not submit photos from any other source (personal or commercial). Do not submit photos that infringe the copyright, trademark, or another property right of any third party.
  5. Not commercial – Do not submit photos that include logos, branding, promotional material, or any other content intended for commercial purposes.
  6. No harmful files – Do not submit photos that contain viruses or other harmful code that is either intended or may result in damage to the computers and systems of ROYAL CLUB GROUP and or our users.return to the top.

Acceptable Payment Methods

By booking with or through ROYAL CLUB GROUP, you authorize the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies and its agents and service providers to transact with your bank or other payment gateways on your behalf to obtain the necessary information required to process payment, confirm payment, resolve inquiries and billing disputes, and or as otherwise required to manage the booking.

Agency Bookings: In some of the bookings, ROYAL CLUB GROUP and/or any ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies (“Agent”) will only act as an intermediary between you and the service providers, and you agree that the contractual relationship will be direct between you and that service provider. The Agent’s sole role and responsibility are to transmit the details of your reservation to the relevant service provider (“Service Provider”), and send you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the relevant service provider (“Agency Bookings”). Payments for all the Agency Bookings will be in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by the Service Provider (“Service Provider’s Terms”). You agree to be bound by the Service Provider’s Terms, which could include (but not limited to) the Service Provider’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Certain service providers could also offer the opportunity for reservations to be paid or a deposit to be taken during the reservation process by means of secure online payment. For all Agency Bookings, payments will be processed directly by the Service Provider on your credit/debit card or bank account.

Merchant Bookings: For transactions other than Agency Booking (“Merchant Bookings”), ROYAL CLUB GROUP accepts cards with MasterCard or Visa branding, which your issuer allows you to use to make purchases online. You will not be asked to provide your online banking user name or password to the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies (“Account Access Data”). The ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies do not want any information regarding your Account Access Data and you agree not to provide us with your Account Access Data.

Refunds:
  1. Refunds for Agency Bookings:
  2. For all Agency Bookings, by making a reservation with a Service Provider, you agree to the Service Provider’s terms and conditions of booking, as well as its cancelation, refunds, and no­show policy – please read these carefully before making your reservation. Please note that certain rates or special offers are or may not be eligible for cancelation or change, and you will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid amounts. Please check the conditions thoroughly prior to making your reservations. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds will be at your own risk and account. For any alteration, review, cancelation or any adjustment to your reservation, please follow the instructions provided to you by the Service Provider, which may be set out in the confirmation e­mail. The Service Provider may charge you a fee for your cancelation or amendment in accordance with its policies.

  3. Refunds for Merchant Bookings:
    1. For refund of Merchant Bookings, the refunded amounts are generally returned within 2 – 5 business days by the acquiring bank at the direction of the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies; however, the length of time required for the funds to be credited to your account is determined by your financial institution. Please check with your financial institution on their specific rules regarding returned or refunded transactions. A delay in refund may also occur when there is a discrepancy between the acquiring bank and your issuing bank. Refunds limited to 1 per booking. If your travel arrangements are subject to more than one change, it may be necessary to cancel the entire booking; any eligible refunds will be sent to your financial institution to credit your account in accordance with its policies. Re-booking your travel will require a new and separate payment.
    2. The ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies have no obligation to issue refunds if: (i) the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies received payment ninety (90) or more days prior to our receipt of the refund request for a booking transaction; (ii) the purchase requires more than one refund or credit; (iii) in response to a disputed booking appearing on your statement from your financial institution, your financial institution issues you a refund for the disputed booking transaction and sends the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies a charge back on the transaction (a charge back reverses the payment you made to the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies for the refunded transaction) ;(iv) the booking is for non-refundable travel products or services; (v) you cannot provide us with full and accurate information required to complete the refund or credit; (vi) the refund request has already been processed, but has not yet been applied to the originating source of the payment; (vii) the refund request directs the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies to issue the refund to a different financial institution than the source where the original payment was received; (viii) the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies did not receive the payment for which the refund request is made due to force mature or other causes beyond our direct control; or (ix) the booking is an Agency Booking, where the refunds of any amount advanced to the Service Provider shall be the sole responsibility of such Service Provider.
    3. In the event, a refund cannot be handled within standard refund protocols or to process a refund after ninety (90) days, you may be asked to supply additional information and to provide documentation of the original charge. Information disclosed to the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies for the purposes of processing a customer refund will be protected in accordance with our current Privacy Policy.

Foreign Exchange Management Act
The Foreign Exchange Management Act (Current Account Transactions) Rules 2000, as amended from time to time, (“FEMA”) prescribes the limits of draw of foreign exchange to resident Indian individuals for overseas visits.

#These amounts are only for your information and are subject to review as per the applicable law. It will not be ROYAL CLUB GROUP’s responsibility to set out any such revision of foreign exchange draw limits applicable to the customer. If you are a resident Indian you agree to comply with your obligations under FEMA with respect to overseas travel visits including but not limited to:

  1. You hereby agree and affirm that you are aware of the provisions of FEMA and the rules and regulations framed thereunder in as much as the same relates to a draw of foreign exchange for travel.
  2. You hereby affirm that the payment in foreign exchange is within the monetary ceilings as applicable for private/ business visits, as the case may be.
  3. You agree to provide necessary declarations as may be required for the draw of foreign exchange for the proposed travel and also agree to provide any documentation/ information as may be required for the purpose of compliance with the provisions of FEMA.

Fares And Prices

Subject to the Note below, you acknowledge and agree that your credit card will be charged by the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies or the supplier(s) with which your booking is made (as applicable) for the total booking price of the travel services in full at the time of the booking, which includes the price displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees.

Airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without notice.

Note: In the event that you book accommodation (with the exception of prepaid hotel accommodation as set out below), you acknowledge and agree that all charges, taxes and other costs relating to your booking are payable by you to the accommodation provider at the time requested by the accommodation provider (usually upon check­in or check­out from the accommodation)

Prepaid Hotel Reservations

You acknowledge that the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies pre-negotiate certain room rates with hotel suppliers. The room rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre­negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf through ROYAL CLUB GROUP and compensation retained by ROYAL CLUB GROUP for its services. You authorize ROYAL CLUB GROUP to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on this Website, plus tax recovery charges, taxes (where applicable), and service fees. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Travelscape, LLC or another member of the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies doing business as ROYAL CLUB GROUP Travel for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request, you authorize the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers.

The tax recovery charges on prepaid hotel transactions are a recovery of the estimated taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc.) that the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies pay to the hotel in connection with your bookings. The hotels charge the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies for certain charges, including such tax amounts. The hotels are responsible for remitting these amounts to the applicable taxing jurisdictions. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. The actual amounts paid by the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies to the hotels in connection with taxes may vary from the tax recovery charge, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of your actual use of the hotel. In certain jurisdictions, VAT, GST or other similar taxes may be imposed on the booking price or the compensation ROYAL CLUB GROUP retains for its services. The actual tax amounts on our services, if any, may vary depending on the rates in effect at the time of your hotel stay. We may retain service fees as additional compensation in servicing your travel reservation. Service fees retained by ROYAL CLUB GROUP for its services vary based on the amount and type of hotel reservation.

You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you will be charged the cancelation or change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. If you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancelation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours) prior to your date of arrival, you will be subject to a charge equal to applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check­in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with us no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancelation of your reservation.

You agree to pay any cancelation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancelations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the Terms of Use imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.

You may not book reservations for more than 8 rooms online for the same hotel/stay dates. If we determine that you have booked reservations for more than 8 rooms in total in separate reservations, we may cancel your reservations, and charge you a cancelation fee, if applicable. If you paid a non-refundable deposit, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to book reservations for 9 or more rooms, you must contact ROYAL CLUB GROUP’s group travel specialists by phone at info@tripinc.com. One of our group travel specialists will research your request and contact you to complete your reservation. You may be asked to sign a written contract and/or pay a non-refundable deposit.

Pay Now Or Pay Later

With certain hotels, you may be presented with the option to pay online now or pay later at the hotel. If you select the “Pay Online Now” option, the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies will charge the amount shown to your credit card immediately. If you select “Pay Later at the Hotel”, the hotel will charge your credit card in the local currency at the time of your stay. Tax rates and foreign exchange rates could change in the time between booking and stay. Your credit card provider may also charge a foreign currency conversion fee. The ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies' Coupons may only be applied to 'Pay Online Now' bookings.

Booking, Cancellation And Amendment Charges

If you want to change any details of your itinerary (such as changing to a different hotel or changing your departure date or airport), we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. You should call our Service Centre 1­860­500­2121 or +91 (0)124 487 3888. We do not charge an amendment fee, however, any charges passed on to the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies by our suppliers such as airlines and hotels will be payable (if any). The price of your new arrangements will be based on the prices that apply on the day you ask for the change. These prices may not be the same as when you booked the products or services.

Travel Destinations

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are met. The ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies have no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents. We urge customers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at http://meaindia.nic.in/

You are responsible for checking all the items relevant to a passport, visa and Health Information ensuring your travel documents are in order.

Passport and Visa: You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check for up­ to ­date information in good time before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto the flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport, visa or other documents required by any airline, authority or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.

Health: Recommended inoculations for travel may change at any time and you should consult your doctor on current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip.

BY OFFERING RESERVATIONS FOR TRAVEL PRODUCTS IN PARTICULAR INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, ROYAL CLUB GROUP DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH AREAS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.
Limitation Of Liability And Disclaimer

The Information, Software, Products and Services published on this Website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In particular, the ROYAL CLUB GROUP Companies and ROYAL CLUB GROUP Affiliates do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the hotel, air, cruise, car and other travel products and services displayed on this Website (including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions, etc.). In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.

Currency converter

Payment and fees
